Join us for our Sunday Salon experience by Chef de Cuisine, Rafael, including a five-course tasting dinner at 7 p.m.
Salon will take place every other week with a specific protein focus each week. Sunday, March 12 is the first salon featuring chicken. It will also include a mini market of wine and cheese vendors in our sidebar cellar.
1st Course
Salad: micro greens, cherry tomatoes, shallots, cucumber, lemon, schmaltz vinaigrette.
2nd Course
Escargot and eggs: garlic, butter, parsley, golden kaluga, iberico ham.
3rd Course
Chicken liver mousse: truffle, pear, baguette
4th Course
Coq au vin: mangalitsa bacon, lions mane, shallot, asparagus.
Dessert
Pavlova: berries, vanilla, cognac
